** If you receive an incorrect item / different item than ordered, please contact us immediately with:

• A description of the ordered item, and the item that was sent in error.

• Provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item to be returned
• Send you the originally ordered item with no additional shipping cost
• If timing of resending the item is not acceptable, and purchaser no longer wants the item, a full refund will be issued (including original shipping costs) when the item is returned and received at Freddy’s Lagniappe’s mailing address.
• Issue to purchaser a $20 Freddy’s Lagniappe Gift Certificate to be used toward a future purchase through the Freddy’s Lagniappe website, as a gesture of our sincere apology for any inconvenience.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Prepare Your Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during shipping

Important: Excluding cases of items damaged during shipment or an item received isincorrect/ different than ordered, you, the purchaser, will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
If your refund is approved, once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.
The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
If your return is rejected, we will notify you of the reason and return the item to you at your expense.
